I have the opportunity to visit this beautiful restaurant today for lunch. I had the brisket and a half link or sausage. This restaurant serves cafeteria style on styrofoam plates. This may be cost effective but I have found that unless the meat is very soft or tender the knife cuts through the plate and make eating a mess. The brisket had a decent flavor but was too dry for my liking. The food was awesome and the bbq sauce was to die for but the set up was kind of weird. We're not from the area and no one bothered to tell us it was cafeteria style and we didn't notice since it's in the back corner.
RecommendedAmazing BBQ. They have all the usual stuff at s great price and their sauce is liquid gold
