I was having an issue with their new phone ai system and it took some time but i did receive a call back. Whoever tracy is in their office needs a raise. I can be a difficult customer if i feel like ive received less than adequate care for service im paying for. And she was amazing to talk to.
Attorney Banks got my case dismissed as he said he would on my preliminary hearing. I wasn’t nervous at all whatsoever. His professionalism is astonishing. He embarrassed the DA the judge as well as the police on the nonsense I was charged with he is by far the best Attorney I’ve ever dealt with.
Was given information to call them concerning an issue I was having with Discover. Told me I needed to make a payment, so I did. Asked for information concerning my case, and I sent it. Never heard from them again. Straight up stole $31.05 from me.
