Originally we spoke Matthew Banks on our custody case he agreed to take our case we were reffered by North Penn legal services Banks was great but soon after putting $1500 down our case was given to his understudy who charged for every phone call, voicemail, email, and text. When we contacted him about not doing the steps to establish paternity we received no answer for over a week.
