Our experience at The Banks was fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful, and supportive. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained with great amenities. Expectations of residents are clearly laid out. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well kept. 10/10 recommend.
All show and fluff with little substance. The buildings look nice but when you live in them, they’re very noisy. The finishings are cheap. The quality is poor the same has to be said about the so-called management. They are robots and are only there for show. This organization does not enforce rules equally amongst its tenants and I am capable of backing up what I say. Rent here at your own risk.
Friendly and helpful Resort like
I would never recommend living at The Banks to anyone I know. The one GOOD thing I can say is that when you submit a service request they are very quick to come and fix the issue. The apartments are very cheaply made for being “luxury” living. All the faucets have black biofilm coming out of them which also collects in all the drains as well.
