Our experience at The Banks was fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful, and supportive. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained with great amenities. Expectations of residents are clearly laid out. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well kept. 10/10 recommend.
All show and fluff with little substance. The buildings look nice but when you live in them, they’re very noisy. The finishings are cheap. The quality is poor the same has to be said about the so-called management. They are robots and are only there for show. This organization does not enforce rules equally amongst its tenants and I am capable of backing up what I say. Rent here at your own risk.
