Have always been a great bank for me. No hidden fees or b.s. to go through like the big banks. Definitely frustrated me today though. They sent me my new chip card in the mail and said to activate it on the 26th. Little did I know that they'd be deactivating my old card today on the 29th. Luckily I had a bit of cash on me to pay for gas or I would have been stranded. Had I been out of town I would have been livid.
