Customer service is amazing
i have been banking here for over 40 years from businesses and personnel . i have been trying to get a va home mortgage .and get 3 credit scores can get you a better mortgage payment . after 3 weeks of trying to find out why i only get one score is . the bank of elk river only reports to only 1 of the 3 credit company's . i check with over 25 other banks in and around the area and they report to all 3 credit score company's . so in 40 years of banking at the bank of elk river and i mean all banking they SCREWED ME AND THEY A... read more
