i received last October 2022 an email from the management team about an inquiry for the waiting list of affordable housing i saw on the NYCHDC website, i made an appointment and went to meet up at the building ,. the manager was very pleasant , her assistant was the opposite. i filed up the application and spent a great time explaining my current situation as a consequence of Covid19, the manager sent the documents to NYC HDC for approval .
