Beautiful church and friendly people and lovely service
A national as well as a Catholic treasure. I recommend a visit to the original cathedral of the thirteen colonies.
Stunning architecture with a rotunda like the Capitol. The basilica is light and bright unlike our traditional Catholic cathedrals. I arrived later in the afternoon and had an excellent private tour. The catacombs are a must see! Afterwards, go around the block to the pretty garden
Met a lovely woman named, Debbie, who gave us an amazing tour of the Cathedral. Well worth the visit! God bless, Debbie. The Basilica is lucky to have her!
