Proof did an amazing job handling our wedding. They exceeded our expectations every step of the way. The food was delicious and the service was expectional. One of the servers especially went above and beyond and got me some off-menu non-alcoholic beverages. They were super attentive throughout the entire time and I would highly recommend them for any major event’s catering and service!
Fantastic experience working with Roxana and her team. They are ready for anything, and have a lot of experience providing a truly white-glove service from start to finish.
