From start to finish they were kind, detail oriented, accomodating, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s wedding was perfect. 1 week before our wedding we had to fire our month/day -of planner and Roxanna saved the day by offering to do more than she was required to in order to help us. We had an excellent experience hosting our son's wedding at the Carlos Center. The experience working with the team was amazing, start to finish. Roxana's extraordinary support and service throughout the process made everything go smoothly. Even the tasting was a great experience. The execution of the dinner service was flawless, and many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was.
