Run, don't walk, to Carmen for all of your balloon needs!! I was looking for a last-minute garland to spice up my mom's installation as president of the Downey Chamber of Commerce. Carmen's design exceeded my expectations! It was so easy to work with her - I told her my vision and colors, and she was able to make it happen in no time. I highly recommend her. I'll be contacting her again for future projects :)
Let me start off with Thanking Carmen from The Balloon Maven. I recently took her Ballon Decor Academy workshop and it was incredible experience. She gives so much needed information that isn't usually in other workshops. She is such an inspiration and so talented. I would recommend taking her class 10000/10, if you ever have the opportunity, take it. Invest in yourself. You are worthy of having it all !!!
Carmen is by far the best balloon instructor I’ve crossed paths with!! She is TRULY the Balloon Maven!
