I don’t do Barre often, so I was really pleased to find a studio that was really welcoming to newcomers. The instructor checked my form frequently, and offered modifications. The workout was amazing, and the studio was really nice.
I love The Ballet Physique! The instructors are so supportive and they are great at helping adjust workouts for those with injuries or limitations. This is my go-to barre spot... no others in the area compare!
Ballet physique has turned me into a Barre girl!!! I absolutely love the workouts and the instructors! They are beyond accommodating as well!!! Hands down, my favorite fitness studio!!!

LOVE ballet physique. It’s a great workout and I feel so good after. Love the stretching part. Instructors are all great!!!
