Poor management of our property on balboa peninsula, Newport Beach, California. We have terminated our agreement and are owed house keys, and over 6k in deposit and back rent. It has been over a month since we sent them a letter. The president is difficult to contact and not straight forward in his dialog or actions.
Poor management on my property on Oceanfront, they owe me for 4 months back rent and security deposits. The owners will not call me back and are very unprofessional. Hiring an attorney to try and settle this. Not something I wanted to do.
For the past ten years I have been using Associated Realty Service of Newport Beach for Vacation Properties/Summer Rentals. After using many of the Vacation Rental/Property Management companies in Newport and never being satisfied, it was a huge relief to find Associated (especially since I live 350 miles away).
