A great idea! Poorly executed. We went here to kill time during a rainout. We are charged 18% gratuity automatically, and it is clear why. The service was minimal. You pour your own over priced beer. No one tends the bar or provides utensils. I am sure they make money and I am sure some people like it. I found it to be a self-service establishment with overpriced drinks, average food, providing minimal service while forcing consumers to pay for premium service.
Food was awful, none of us were pleased with the taste of the food. There was items we sent back because how bad it was, then the bill came and instead of removing it from the bill the waitress was like I discounted that item 50%.
Zach and Sam were the best bar tenders we’ve had at ball park. We will definitely be back. 5 stars for both!!’
