Our benefits consultant, Madeline, with the Baldwin Group was wonderful. We had some difficult decisions to make about our health insurance and she was so helpful. She directed us to a few good options that would meet our needs. She responded promptly to all our phone calls and emails and answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them). It would have been difficult to figure out what to choose without her help. She was wonderful!!!!

I have emailed Claudia several times in the past 6 months asking her which doctors, clinics, hospitals, etc. accept our insurance in this area. She always gets back to me within the day. I have also called her on the phone several times. She walks me through my questions so I get a clear answer every time. She is a gold mine of information!!

I was at my wits end before contacting The Baldwin Group Health Insurance. I’ve been told many things and then once everything’s finalized, it becomes a whole different story. Claudia is very organized and gives clear and complete details. She answers all questions or researches the answers in a timely manner. She is a very pleasant and friendly peron. I'm very pleased with her professionalism.
