Great job cleaning my balcony that had not been cleaned for at least 13 years! They did a great job of getting rid of the sooty black grime of the city and making the terrace look and feel clean as a whistle including the windows frames which makes the terrace sparkle. The crew were efficient and most of all they kept the water within the unit and none went into the surrounding units which is much appreciated. Highly recommend Balcony Cleaners! After and Before pictures are just one example of how good a job they did.
The result of the balcony was fine - I'm disappointed because even though they say on their email confirmation "You do not have to do anything in advance (i.e. move furniture, etc...)." I had to argue with the cleaner that he should be cleaning the floor under the ikea tiles I had down. The cleaner initially said he didn't have the equipment to do the balcony floor, but then it changed to, if I removed the tiles he could do it. I really got the impression that he wanted to cut corners - so that was a disappointing experience... read more
