To be clear, the Baker Team did not represent us in our home sale. We were selling by owner and found our buyers ourselves. Our buyers chose to hire the Baker Team to sell their own home (which, by the way, took way longer than it should have in the hot Tri-Cities market, given their location and price point...) and also used them as their agent in the purchase of our home.
