I recently visited Baker to upgrade my 2020 model for a newer version. The entire team—including the sales manager and the finance department—was instrumental in closing the deal efficiently. I want to give a special thanks to Tyler in Sales; he was exceptionally helpful in explaining the new features and stayed on top of every question that arose during the process.
Great experience with sales rep. Sachin, he explained things in detail and answered all questions professionally.
Justin and the crew in the office were great when purchasing my BMW x3. The vibe was great and they were very helpful/accommodating. They have a nice selection of new and used cars. If you’re shopping in the area check them out, and ask for Justin he will take great care of you.
Tyler was delightful and made this experience way less anxiety inducing than what I was anticipating, Sam was hilarious and Chad was incredibly helpful. A genuine VIP experience that I haven't gotten anywhere else, I have zero complaints and if anyone mentions car buying, I'm sending them here and to Tyler! 10/10
