Just found The Baked Escape and am very impressed. The service is wonderful, the food is creative and very well prepared. Their crepes are prepared to perfection. I had the Caprese Crepe and found the balance of flavors to be spot on. If your looking for a new brunch location, this is it.

Amazing sweets! I just moved to Montana and was worried that I would find a great bakery, like back at home. This bakery surpassed my expectations!!
This is a wonderful and one-of-a-kind special little place. We're traveling through Billings from Denver and had a sweets craving...The Baked Escape popped up on our map so we landed here. We don't really have huckleberry stuff in Denver so I was dying to try their huckleberry cinnamon roll - it was pretty amazing and I'll be back for more.
