I ordered the six cookie BOX and received these cookies all smashed together into lumps in just two bags. The bags were then placed the wrong way, further melting them all together in two greasy lumps. This is terrible packaging and quality for just six $20 cookies and I’ll never order from here again.
Don't be afraid to walk out after sampling the ice cream.

The most fun ice cream experience in Austin! The Baked Bear is an absolute delight from start to finish. Being able to build your own ice cream sandwich with freshly baked cookies and amazing ice cream flavors is such a fun and unique experience. The cookies are soft and warm and the ice cream selection is impressive with something for everyone. The staff was cheerful, patient and made the whole process so enjoyable. If you have a sweet tooth and are in Austin, this place is a non-negotiable stop!
