I've been to Baked Bear and I enjoy their cookies but the Eastern European woman helping me out on 3/26/25 was simply fantastic. I rarely feel like I get great service in SF and she just made my night. I'll be back.
Amazing treats! Also they have vegan options if you ask. The staff is super friendly and kind. Great place.
Fantastic dessert shop! The dark chocolate ice cream is incredibly creamy and rich, with a deep, indulgent chocolate flavor that’s perfectly balanced—not overly sweet.
Quality of all the ingredients is great! Unique twist on an ice cream sandwich with a lot of customization. One custom sandwich could be shared between two people, unless you really have a sweet tooth.
if i could give zero stars, i would, waited for like 10 minutes wasn’t even acknowledged, also no clue how their line works
