We LOVE The Bair Foundation. We've had nothing but support, encouragement, and help through every piece of this adventure. Everyone we've worked with so far has been open and honest, compassionate, full of love for the kiddos, and extremely well-informed. It’s not every day an agency exceeds expectations and yet The Bair Foundation of West Middlesex has done exactly that for my husband and I. They have some of the best staff who really love the kids! They are always there for support and they really feel like family. The best decision I made was to choose to foster with bair. The new wilmington office is amazing, our caseworker kristen has been part of our family and helped us through some difficult times. I would 100% recommend if you are considering fostering to choose the bair foundation!
The Bair New Wilmington Office is the best, hand's down! I have been with county agencies before & it is so nice to have someone on your side for once. They will give you the training and support you need & want, but they are also there with "boots on the ground" to help you in any way possible. The folks in the NW office truly have the kids best interest at heart & I feel they honestly care for the kiddos like they are their own.
