First time foster parent and I am so glad I am licensed through Bair. Mr. Jay made the classes informative, interesting and interactive. Everything was explained in great detail by Mr. Jay and Mr. John and all my questions (loads of them) are always answered quickly. The Bair foundation has been amazing to me. With support from all staff in helping me through the process. Being a single mother I never thought I could become a Foster parent but John, the director of Bair Foundation, has help me through some tough times. Even prior to getting a placement he eased all my doubts and confusion about the process and just helped me get a good firm foundation prior to my placement. We’ve fostered with Bair for 5 years now and Jay has been nothing short of amazing! He’s walked us through multiple placements as well as the adoption of two of our children and guardianship of another one. We will forever be so thankful for Jay and the Bair Foundation for all the consistent support they’ve shown us over the last 5 years. We will miss fostering but our family has doubled and we’re out of space. I will always recommend Jay and the Bair foundation to everyone!
My experience with the Asheville location has been nothing short of Amazing!!! I appreciate Mr. Jay Teske as he is extremely thorough and consistent with all foster parents and the foster children. The interventions you give to staff and the foster parents are always welcome. The Asheville location would not be the same if you were not here and I'm thankful to have you working here with Asheville Bair.
I am proud to be a foster parent through Bair! Jay helped us understand so much during the classes. There is a lot to take in but in the end it is so rewarding. If you are thinking about becoming a foster parent by all means reach out to John he will get you all set up! All of the staff has been fantastic!
