Great training from Bair and opportunities to meet other foster parents for mutual support along the journey. We were able to help multiple children along the way and gained a son we didn't even plan on when we started the journey!

I am honored to provide a review for The Bair Foundation. I was trained to be a treatment foster parent and it was very inspiring. I had some of the best training and sincere case managers during a 15 year span. This organization is committed to helping children. More importantly they are Christian-based and that definitely appealed to us as a family. I’m still in touch with my first placement and that is too cool! 😀

We have been licensed with Bair for 8 years. We have always been well supported with various case managers. They are very helpful, care about their families and foster children on their caseload, and I’ve always been very appreciative of the time they put in to make sure we have all the support systems in place that we need. The only thing that would make this agency even bet... read more

We fostered through this agency for around 9 years. They consistently tried to help ease the struggles and pains of the foster care system. They walked along side of you. They try and build a community of resources and people, because it takes a village. They help equip people to deal with the system and also helped widen eyes. The case managers check on the children and homes often and ensure that the kids are being properly treated. We ended up fostering around 14 children through them and adopted 3 when reunification wasn... read more

I have been a foster/adoptive parent with Bair for the past 18 plus years. I have had the pleasure of working with many different caseworkers and directors over the years and have found them each to be supportive and willing to go the extra mile to assist with all the “babies” in care. The love shown to me and my family has allow me to continue on this journey showing love to those in need as God ordained.
