Jonathan was super helpful and attentive. He showed us several properties over several months. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect place. He had great recommendations for everything from a mortgage broker to inspector to maid service and handyman. We were purchasing a short term rental property. Since he also has STRs, he understood the process better than your typical realtor. Highly recommend using him, especially if you are looking for an investment property.
I worked with the Bailey group to sell our home in Wimberly. I researched the market and hired them because of their expertise in this market. They are a highly professional team that keeps the clients interests in mind. Brittany and her husband went above and beyond to help us market and maximize the value of our home. I highly recommend them others.

I have bought and sold a few properties and I haven’t used the same realtor because I didn’t vibe with them but I really working with Brittany and would 100% work with her again with the time comes
