RecommendedMy experience here has been great! The grounds are very well kept. Management lets us know about upcoming events. Our neighbors are friendly.
1/10 do not recommend. No parking spaces. Unhelpful management, Ants in the unit.

Racquet ball courts and once a week community events makes Bailey Apt5stand out from any apartment complex choice. The management is so amazing here and I love the pool!
Favorite thing about the Bailey is the cleanliness and silence. No loud traffic, and no loud unruly neighbors; the staff is friendly and helpful.
Residents are friendly and respectful. The noise is a bit louder than I'm comfortable with, but hopefully after I get all my furniture moved in it won't be as bad. The neighborhood is beautifully kept and I'm so thrilled to have found a nice, quality dog-friendly community.
I've lived at the Bailey for a year, and have loved my time here. The grounds are safe and clean, the staff is great, and the amenities are fantastic!!
Living at the Bailey has been such a phenomenal experience! Such a peaceful location, staff is great, and the community wonderful. The Bailey is very close to any convenient stores, grocery stores, and restaurants which is very convenient for all residents! My wife and I enjoy every bit of living at The Bailey!
In our experience, the positives outweigh negatives for the Bailey. I love that it’s dog friendly, has a dog wash station, and feels very safe, but have had some issues with loud neighbors (to be expected in apartment living) and a few snafus with the leasing office (being assigned someone else’s parking spot, losing documents, rent changes, etc).
