Try to deal with them on a defective jansports backpack within a few days of use. First they said they will repair it but after 2 weeks they claim is not repairable. When we pick a bag to replace, they wanted more money. Refused refund until we start arguing. The salesperson at upper Canada mall has a big attitude problem. Will never shop or enter any baggery store ever again
