The counter girl, LEILA, would not put my dozen bagels , 24.00 BTW, in plastic sealed bags i brought. She just dumped them in the bottom of a gigantic shopping bag. Loose. No plastic bags. Then she watched me and smirked as I bagged them myself
Jake is the best manager ever. He is so helpful and attentive. He is the reason I always go. Bagels and Co is lucky to have someone so hardworking and customer service oriented.
