I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but I was genuinely shocked by the service. While waiting 21 minutes for my bagel with schmear, I saw three different orders ahead of me experience poor service as well. One so bad that they gave him a refund (+1 star) for his two coffees and bagel order. This place is super cute and has great potential with the student population, but they need to figure out a better workflow. Amazing bagels! So tasty and a large variety of bagels and smears. They also offer a teacher and first responder / military discount
I forgot to get the girls name that helped us.. she was so nice and gave us great recommendations! I got the sourdough bagel and did custom toppings; siracha and chives & the sub dried tomatoes, an egg, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach and lettuce! My fiance got the everything bagel breakfast Sammy with sausage. The bagels were large and delicious! We will definitely be back! And don’t forget to also try the jaslepeno and cheddar cream cheese!! Highly recommend.
Have been here a few times now and it never disappoints. The dorito bagel is my fave with the morning glory sandwich or just with bacon scallion cream cheese.
