The first time I came here, it was a lot of young people working. They were kind and welcoming. I thought this would be a safe place to come back to. I went back and there was an older man running the register. He may be the manger or the boss. He was rude, passively aggressive, and unkind. A smile doesnt make you kind and a smile doesn't mean you have great customer service. He made a very rude slide comment at me. 6/2/2026 Had Bagel Shack delivered yesterday for breakfast. The lowers with ham on a jalapeño cheese bagel, an orange juice and a mocha. Always one of my favorites.
