Absolutely delicious every time we go! My kids actually insisted I leave a review after their muffins this morning! Great bagels and the owners are very kind. Highly recommend!
We hosted my friends baby shower at the Bagel and I. The whole experience was phenomenal from the food to the atmosphere!! The staff are so hospitable and super helpful! Thank you!
Bagels are really good. Sandwiches are good. The drive thru is slow, just expect it. The level of customer service varies, I've had a couple of people that shouldn't have been placed at the register and then others that were awesome.
I ordered the Thomas Jefferson Bagel only to get told they are out of Chicken, so I substituted for Turkey, then only to get to window and was told they're out of the Bagel and Ailoi , so I settle for the plain Bagel and add mustard..Got my Bagel and then it was an unripe, mostly hard green center tomato on it!! Please DONT give a customer something that is NOT acceptable...Overall the Bagel was a 6! Do better!
The food wasn’t terrible but it was about 19 dollars for 2 bagels and they were both burnt and my girlfriends was almost inedible. Won’t be going back, go to Bacon Street Bagels and pay a little more for a FAR better experience.
