My daughter had an appointment 2weeks ago to touch up her all over color…. 1. We were there for over 3 hours, doesn’t even take me that long when getting highlights…. The stylist kept wandering off 2. Prices were way more than advertised 3. She held a razor up to my daughter’s hair and got ready to start majorly chopping without discussing. I spent 6 hours and $350 of my money on getting my hair colored completely wrong! I can barely even tell she colored or bleached anything and she bleached it twice. It fried my hair for nothing and looks the same as it did when I went in. I literally sat there for 6 hours! I wanted to complain so bad but the girl was too nice and I couldn’t hurt her feelings. Love the atmosphere, it being a boutique too... Love the environment definitely my vibe ... I originally got into someone who knows how to do undercut and fade... They ended switching the hairstylist my bf chose ... The other lady was very sweet but Definitely didn't fade my undercut just shaved it all one length... I was excited cuz my boyfriend tried so hard to find me someone who could do an undercut right. just to get someone who couldn't do a fade on my undercut.

Absolutely amazing, I came in because I gave myself horrible bangs and needed them fixed, and I wanted to see a hairstylist that does alternative haircuts since I wanted micro bangs. Kristi did a phenomenal job and helped me get things just right, she is a sweetheart and is set on making sure you leave happy!
