I absolutely love Backyard Gardeners! This is my 2nd time using them for a new landscaping project. I'm just as pleased as before. Wanted to use this company to put in a retaining wall, got an estimate and been told for 2 years now that they would do it in the spring or summer. Still waiting, won’t respond to us keeps moving date up and never doing it. The thing is we’ve had the cash to do this big job and they won’t get a contract for us to sign to make sure it’ll get done. Misha came out in the fall to assess our property for the cleanup and work on the beds that we needed as well as discussion of additional beds and natural fencing on the back side of the property. We never received a quote. Even after attempting to follow up by spring and being told they'd send it, we never received one. Not giving 1 star since we never got to experience any work from them to begin with but from a project planning amd communication perspective, this is a fail.
