I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first kayak from the Backpacker. All the people were more than friendly and helpful, but most of all Susie Skaggs was the best. She helped me through the entire process of outfitting the Revolution 13 to perfectly suit my needs. Special thanks to Zach for talking through the installations with me. It was an all together great buying experience.
