I was told I’d receive a free chiropractic session, along with one additional free sessions at a back clinic in Bankstown. Based on that, I booked and attended my appointment expecting no cost. During the visit, they spent about 25 minutes on assessment and only around 5 minutes on actual adjustment. At the end, I was unexpectedly charged $85 for what they classified as a “treatment.” If 5 minutes of adjustment is considered a full paid treatment after being told the session would be free, that feels very misleading. My first consultation was comprehensive to ensure they didn’t just provide a bandaid solution and I could have full movement back in my neck.
