I AM NOT HAPPY! im actually quite angry. STILLLLLL waiting on a phone call back from 2 weeks ago. The girls on the phone have nasty attitudes and are not very helpful or concerned about issue(s) that you experienced and are NOT willing to make things right nor get a manager for you to speak with. NOT A HAPPY MOMMA. i feel like they took the$$ and were like "wham bam, thank u ma'am!" no concern about my satisfaction.
This place is amazing. We drove 4 hours just to go here. Lady was amazing who did my ultrasound. My first pregnancy so I couldn't wait to find out what my miracle baby is. I plan to go back for the 3d in my 3rd trimester. I recommend this place to any and everyone that is expecting.
I had a great experience here for my gender ultrasound while only 13weeks pregnant. Great establishment, I recommend this place to anyone expecting their bundle of joy.
I went to the one yesterday in Sacramento and I loved it. Our heartbeat animal is neat. I was 13 weeks yesterday and she knew almost instantly that our baby was a boy 100% I was shocked. The place was nice and welcoming I am definitely going back for 3d 4d scan :)
I went there for both of my pregnancies. They were so nice and we loved the whole experience.
I recommend The Baby Connection to everyone I know. Staff is super friendly and they make you feel at home!
