Went here in September for my gender determination. Wonderful staff, the room was big and comfy. Definitely going back for a 3D Ultrasound in a few weeks
Rebecca took care of us during our gender determination ultrasound 💕 She was amazing! Funny and sweet. She really made our experience perfect. She got us the perfect photo of our little, we took home a CD of our entire ultrasound, and a stuffed animal with the heartbeat. Overall an amazing experience. Couldn't think of going anywhere else.
we went to the roseville location to find the sex of the baby and for 3d pics. the first time we went our daughter would not move out of a "corner" ...the tech tried and tried and was so patient. we were told to go have lunch and walk around then come back. she was able to tell us it was a girl. the 3d same thing baby girl put a hand over her face and wouldn't move it. came back another day she wouldnt move her head. the tech was amazing and patient again and they didnt charge us and we still received some pictures from the ... read more
This place was great! We went in at 14 weeks. Everyone was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and inviting. The room was large and comfortable. Nice large t.v. for viewing the scan and comfortable seating for my guests. I got the results from my Dr last week after our 20 week and confirmed that Baby connection was correct. We are having a boy! We also got a free gift of formula. Though we don't plan on using it I appreciate the overall service and thoughtfulness <3 I recommend this place. We did both a gender ultrasound and then a 3D ultrasound later on. The staff was really nice and worked with us to come back without an additional charge when baby wasn’t cooperating. The 3D photos aren’t as clear as some I’ve seen but we still loved seeing our baby!
