Pros: House was gorgeous!!! Located close to so many amazing restaurants Quiet neighborhood Great neighbors! Mark was really funny and nice! Cons: Lots of construction Tools littered all over the place Tenets below me were very loud and rude! Chris seems nice to us, but I overheard him yelling at a woman in the upper floor. I heard things being thrown and doors being slammed. There was lots of swearing and profanity that I wish my two boys didn't have to hear. It's a great place. Lots of renovations have been done inside and out. Comfiest beds.
Place was very affordable. And apartment was extremely nice. Had everything we needed down to the coffee in the morning. Chris was very nice and the place was well kept and clean. For the price it's a steal.. We definitely will be staying here anytime we come to Louisville for anything thank you Chris for the hospitality.
