Para mí 0 estrellas entregue mis papeles la llave di mi notificación que no quería rentar más porque siempre un problema el mantenimiento, la oficina el personal grosero, mal educado y me colócaron un año después en collección con una deuda de 1900 $ cuando entregue todo y no falle en pagos, definitivamente no lo recomiendo el peor
Everything is wrong with this place. It's extremely dirty — all areas are poorly maintained. The office staff is unprofessional and often unavailable when you need assistance. There’s a cockroach infestation, water leaks, and maintenance only makes things worse instead of fixing them. The entire team is incompetent and does not take responsibility.
This property is terrible !! If you have a maintenance problem they take like 3 months to even come look at the problem,then they won't even fix it correctly!! Been living here almost 2 years and it has been a horrible experience!! We will be moving soon due to the properties lack of descent customer service to existing residents!! When they show the apartments they will act real nice ,but when you move in they treat you like a stranger who doesn't belong here!! They will violate rights by turning off hot water without any ... read more
