I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Roxanne and the team here, and I have to say—Roxanne truly has a heart of gold. She’s compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about the people here. The rest of the crew is just as solid—always responsive, professional, and willing to help when something needs to be done. You can tell they take pride in their work.
Apt 2194 Mold every where. Code Compliance will be out very soon . 3917 William dehases drive apt 2194, Irving Texas 75038 also the mail boxes broken into from Sept. 2024 until Nov. 2024. Could even get your mail … Managers have not done nothing. About 5 managers have tryed to run the trash.
Just tried to fill out an application in office. The management acted uninterested in touring or giving me any feedback about the property.
I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO MY WORST MOST HATED ENEMY!! Giving them a one star rating is too much in my opinion, but the system wouldn’t allow me to post without giving some kind of rating! Soooo many complaints after being a tenant for almost 2 years! We were bamboozled from jump when moving into these apts. The water quality at Ayva Apartments is terrible, the customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, and the mailbox is constantly damaged. Avoid this place at all costs.
