My friend and I recently toured this property, and we were pleasantly surprised! The office staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice change given some of the negative reviews we had seen. The community is wonderfully quiet, and I didn’t expect it to be so spacious. Overall, it exceeded our expectations!
To Management, Last night some idiot broke into my car and stole my personal belongings. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you expect people to pay rent here, then you need to take the safety and security of your residents seriously. There are zero protections in place, and clearly anyone can just walk in and do whatever they want. You should already have had CCTV cameras covering every parking and common area, but you don’t. Just wanted to cay the phone doesn't work and to anyone trying to move here worried about mailboxes since I don't see a current review my Momma stay here yes it was a big kerfluffle but the apartment built a beautiful new mailbox area for all tenants haven't seen a roach knock on wood.
I have been living in this apartment complex for 6 years.I like this place but when it comes to management i feel like i am treated the worst.I have been requesting AC not cooling properly since months but the management is like why you guys even need AC.The front desk guy is well trained to talk rudely and he is excellent in his job.I don’t understand if the maitainance guy is lack of AC knowledge or the management has restricted them to fix the AC.I am living in 82degree temperatures in my apartment with paying high electr... read more
