Have had a good relationship with them until recently when they failed to set up autopay after clearly stating it, and it resulted in the cancellation of my policy when it could have been avoided if they had done that as requested over the phone.
Ayres Insurance has handled our home, auto, boat, and business insurance for over 20 years. Our son totaled his car, we hit a deer, a large diamond in one of my rings was replaced with a fake, and most recently our central air went out. They did not blink an eye to help us out on all of these, and their service is always quick and friendly. Jeff and Nicole have always been there when we need them, and Jill is currently helping us with our Medicare questions.
