Rico fixed the issue in my kitchen rapidly. He is probably the best maintenance man I’ve had. Never a problem and always on time.
SHOUT OUT TO TORE ! He did our move in work order, tightened up the unit then went above and beyond and lent me with my move in which he absolutely did not have to do. From day one he showed up with a great energy & attitude to help us feel comfortable in our new unit, now everyday I see him bright and early while in the gym and he’s typically the first on site, knows my name, and always has great energy & attitude ! What a guy !
Had an okay experience. With the exception of my service requests being marked as completed but nothing being done, and apparently a disconnected dryer that I didn’t notice and was never checked before moving in two years ago that caused an incredible amount of dust…. That I hope to be reimbursed for, but doubtful. At the end of the day, was an okay experience.
Great maintenance team, George and Elvor worked on my place multiple times and were always very considerate and fast! Amazing team all around the complex. Wonderful place to live. Been happy since I’ve moved in!
Love this place! The front office team- Devon, Alexus, and Ozzie are great. A very warm and friendly team that has amazing customer service and always show top notch respect and support for all the tenants. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING all around the board.
