The instructors are all so kind and encouraging! They're all there to help you get better, and they always go at the right pace. I've been going for 3 months now, and I feel stronger than I've felt in a long time. Not to mention doing aerials is a fun and challenging way to get fit.
The Aviary is the best place to learn aerial hammock skills! The instructors are amazing and they always take the time to help you nail a trick they show in class! I highly recommend the beginner series to learn a bunch of tricks before going to regular classes!
I love this place! Less than a year with this community has improved my life and fitness so much. They're good people and I wouldn't trade this community for anything.
