I can’t say enough great things about Antonio! He went above and beyond by coming after hours to work on our gas stove when we really needed it. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind, patient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and reliable these days, and Antonio truly delivered excellent service. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair—you can count on him!
I have been living here since 2 years, the management is really commendable i appreciate all the efforts they put to make us feel safe and secure with our apartment.The leasing office is also very helpful, the maintenance team responds quickly whenever there is any issue & they also provide amenities like gym. Im really taken back by this leasing office employee Tamia Christian. I’m in search of a place in the North Decatur area. And I called in reference to a 3 bedroom at this location. The leasing agent lied through her teeth and said this location doesn’t have any 3 bedrooms. I actually went to the site and looked at the floor plans and saw that she was lying and Zillow was telling the truth about 3 bedroom being available. This place is best for roach lovers, you will find all the spices here. I live here from 11 years and they never change carpets or anything upgrades done. They just want to raise rent continously. Roaches never decrease even how clean you keep the place. beacouse of rotten woods under cabinets and ancient dirty carpets. They crawl freely from kitchen, bedroom to restroom. No less than horror. Very poor living condition 😢 😞 they only make sweet fake promises on every lease renewal. My advice is don't just run behind new ten... read more
