I have been living here since 2 years, the management is really commendable i appreciate all the efforts they put to make us feel safe and secure with our apartment.The leasing office is also very helpful, the maintenance team responds quickly whenever there is any issue & they also provide amenities like gym. Im really taken back by this leasing office employee Tamia Christian. I’m in search of a place in the North Decatur area. And I called in reference to a 3 bedroom at this location. The leasing agent lied through her teeth and said this location doesn’t have any 3 bedrooms. I actually went to the site and looked at the floor plans and saw that she was lying and Zillow was telling the truth about 3 bedroom being available. This place is best for roach lovers, you will find all the spices here. I live here from 11 years and they never change carpets or anything upgrades done. They just want to raise rent continously. Roaches never decrease even how clean you keep the place. beacouse of rotten woods under cabinets and ancient dirty carpets. They crawl freely from kitchen, bedroom to restroom. No less than horror. I absolutely love this apartment community. I’ve been here since November of last year. It’s quiet, safe, and not far from the hospital that I work at. Shalena and Tamia are both very friendly, attentive, and personable. They both have made me feel welcomed from day one. My concerns are always addressed promptly! Deondre, the maintenance supervisor and the rest of maintenance staff are also very helpful and always respectful and nice. I have no concerns with where I reside. The management is irresponsible the pool is still not open it should be open on memorial day weekend but it is 2nd week of June they still waiting on inspection they do not know when it will be open. All apartment next to them is all open with pool .
