Very poor management and maintenance service. Issues are only temporarily fixed and keep coming back. We were unfairly charged for appliance damage and even for water damage caused by another unit. Multiple problems like broken drawers, pests, and faulty appliances remain unresolved for months. Communication is frustrating, and management does not take responsibility. Not recommended.
I went looking at this complex and the leasing agent was really really rude from start to finish…with an approved app I CHANGED MY MIND!!!! If you do not want to do your job stay home … and if this what I have to deal with before becoming a resident ….ILL PASS !!!
I love staying here. The property is so great. I love the management staff that is in the property, especially Miss Monica and Miss Tamia Christian
I had a great experience with this apartment community and management. I would like to especially thank Ms.Tamia for her excellent support. She was very kind, patient, and helped me set up all the utilities smoothly. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I truly appreciate her help. Highly recommended!
Funny. They have been running a video ad on TikTok but when I pushed the 'learn more' button, it took me to the site for The Atlantic of North Decatur which is a complex that is permanently shut down (Probably due to all the complaints about bed bugs, roaches, overcharging and rude staff, oh and garbage piling up) Was looking just in case I had to find a new apartment, this place is a no for me. False advertisement. Oh and the fact that they turned the comments off on the video means they knew what they were doing.
