Terrible experience!!! Unprofessional, not well kept apartments. Towed my car with no warning and said they weren’t gonna pay for it because they “sent out emails” but they never sent one out. And there was NO other parking. Leasing office is unhelpful.
This apartment complex is truly about the people and for the people. You can tell the management and staff are doing their best with the resources they have, and it shows in the way they care about residents and the community atmosphere. I will be moving into this complex in just a few weeks, but I applied about two months ago based on good faith, what I saw during the initial visit, and the service I was given at that time. Unfortunately, since then, the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The leasing office is incredibly disorganized. Do not move here if you want any quality of life. Office will make sure outside looks fairly decent to get you in but after you do they treat you horribly. They Leave you hanging with maintenance issues, no call/no show and are rude when you report it, especcially Danielle (Danny). They keep adding fees even when you are on a lease as well. It is the worst apartment living experience I've ever had in my life, and I am 63yrs old. This building is infested with cockroaches and they won't take care of it! When I first moved in, there were roaches everywhere. They kept coming and we asked the neighbors and they said they eventually go away. They did but the fact that it was problem in the beginning was just nasty. Never had a roach problem at other apartments. There is literally always a problem and we had to always call maintenance about something that they didn’t fix beforehand.
