So I live in the 600 building and the maintenance guy Ken really knows how to get stuff done in a fast and timely manner thanks again for coming out and fixing the drain and hose for my sink!!!
My experience has been both very friendly and professional. Andrea did an amazing job guiding me through the entire process—from showing me the property, to the application, and finally moving in. Everyone in the leasing office has been courteous and professional. The community was tolerable under Asset Living’s management, but since Tam Residential took over my experience has been horrible. The property, for lack of a better word, is disgusting. The common areas are rarely cleaned and power washing seems nonexistent. Strict rules prohibit balcony decorations like potted plants, tapestries, and fairy lights or you’ll be fined. The maintenance is shoddy, they “fixed” my water damage issue by cutting into the wall and applying uneven plaster back over it without addressing the root caus... read more
Ken is an excellent maintenance technician helped me break my bed down so I could move out
So far my boyfriend and I experience has been great with the application process and approval. We applied 8/11/2025 and got approved 8/13/2025. Becca is amazing, she is very patient, kind, sweet, and knowledgeable about the apartment complex and made our application process smoothly. Communication so far has been amazing! I can’t wait to move in and see what it feels like to live in the Avenues of Kennesaw!
