I will be moving into this complex in just a few weeks, but I applied about two months ago based on good faith, what I saw during the initial visit, and the service I was given at that time. Unfortunately, since then, the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The leasing office is incredibly disorganized. Every time I call, I end up speaking to someone different, and each person gives me a completely different answer. Do not move here if you want any quality of life. Office will make sure outside looks fairly decent to get you in but after you do they treat you horribly. They Leave you hanging with maintenance issues, no call/no show and are rude when you report it, especcially Danielle (Danny). They keep adding fees even when you are on a lease as well. It is the worst apartment living experience I've ever had in my life, and I am 63yrs old. This building is infested with cockroaches and they won't take care of it! When I first moved in, there were roaches everywhere. They kept coming and we asked the neighbors and they said they eventually go away. They did but the fact that it was problem in the beginning was just nasty. Never had a roach problem at other apartments. There is literally always a problem and we had to always call maintenance about something that they didn’t fix beforehand. So I live in the 600 building and the maintenance guy Ken really knows how to get stuff done in a fast and timely manner thanks again for coming out and fixing the drain and hose for my sink!!!
