I wish, that there were more STARS, bc I would rate our experience a 10. Melissa, was so helpful through our entire process of move in. Communication was always in a timely fashion and that spoke highly about the property and how they handle their tenants. Faby, was so nice and very attentive on the move in date, to make sure that my family was taken care of, with any additional questions or concerns. Our new home, is lovely, cozy and perfect fit for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I’ve been living at The Avenues at Carrollton for several months now, and it’s been a great experience overall. The community strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and style. Pros -> easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the Dallas North Tollway. I’ve been living here for a year and a half. Office staff are phenomenal! Always welcoming when you come in the office. Very experienced in any issues you have. Most accommodating in helping resolve any problems! I’m extremely happy living here!
