As a current tenant, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE. It will be the worse apartment living experience of your life. We have been dealing with excessively noisy neighbors that the office has done nothing about. I’ve been told Atleast 4 times “we will talk to them” and NOTHING has improved with their noise level. Every night I am up until 11 or later because they are so loud stomping around and blasting their music/tv. The leasing office is very unresponsive, including corporate. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I applied and NEVER HEARD BACK period. Went to request to cancel due to ZERO communication and they are talking about "sir you need to cancel within the 72 hours" in order to get a refund back. They purposely ignore you so the 72 hour expires to STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT + UPFRONT FEE!! I have email, text, and called over 20 times to talk to manager. Terrible terrible character.
