Way to go The Avenue promoting drinking and driving... No signs visibly posted throughout the parking lots about overnight parking being prohibited. You have several establishments that serve alcohol. When your patrons do the right thing and chose not to get behind the wheel you put a warning on their vehicle. Seems a little irresponsible to me.

Looks better than before, I expect more stores will move in once the rest of the community is occupied. The Town Center is beginning to take shape which will do wonders for this complex. The music ambience and landscape is well done. I would highly recommend using large deciduous trees instead of cheap Miami-style palm trees. This is an upscale complex, not a declining mall in a deteriorating neighborhood in south Florida and that it what comes to mind when I pass through the main entrance. The smell of the flowers this time of year in the Avenues is wonderful! I look forward to all the future updates, especially the water sprinklers by the movie theater!!
Avenues was fine. Panar’s not so fine. Served wrong order & it was cold & sloped on the bread. Not good.
