RecommendedLove everything about it. The festivities durninf the holidays. The courtyard where kids can play even though your at different places. The splash pad to cool off in. It’s just a very nice place to hang out. Lots to do.
I like this place, my only complaint and I still don’t understand how parents allow young teens to drive around the golf carts. I almost hit one. These kids are driving up and down the parking full speed. They are not even watching out for traffic or using the stop signs. I’ve literally seen 12 year olds flying down the parking. Might be a Florida thing that I’m not accustomed too and never will be.
I love this place but can we please do something about people running the stop signs??
Love all the stores here, especially The Lash Lounge, Bath and Body Works, Bean Sprout, Old Navy, Charming Charlie, Bed Bath and Beyond, Moes, and Panera! so many options. The fountain area is so nice and clean as well

The Avenue in Viera is a Wonderful place to shop, eat, or just stroll or enjoy Central Park.
I can bring my dog... we love the live music events... and just strolling around
nice to get out and walk in the cool evening in the fall
I am very disappointed that the Avenues is not working to keep the small businesses in the Avenues. So many closed store fronts. It is the small businesses that set the shopping area apart from other shopping venues. I am very very disappointed that the new bakery For Sweet Sake will be pushed out! You should reconsider! It is a highlight in the Avenues shopping experience!
The Avenue has forced a business to close - For Sweets Sake. Their reasons are ridiculous. Shame on them. I will no longer shop there. And I know many who won't either.
