No one answers the phone when calling to schedule a tour. I've been sitting in the waiting room waiting for assistance for 35 minutes and have only seen residents.
I drove all the way from Chicago to Cleveland to tour apartments for my move. I had fully confirmed and had email documentation of a tour scheduled at the Avenue District. I get there and literally no one is there. No one at the front desk either. I waited an hour. Apparently some communication mixup… honestly so unprofessional.
Positives: The building itself is beautiful, the location is decent, and the on-site maintenance technician was professional and responsive. He consistently did his job well. Negatives: During our tenancy, the unit experienced serious issues, including a major HVAC failure that required replacement and water leakage significant enough to require cutting holes into interior walls.
