Positives: The building itself is beautiful, the location is decent, and the on-site maintenance technician was professional and responsive. He consistently did his job well. Negatives: During our tenancy, the unit experienced serious issues, including a major HVAC failure that required replacement and water leakage significant enough to require cutting holes into interior walls. We have enjoyed living at Avenue District the past 4 years. We enjoy living downtown and it’s easy to walk to downtown events and restaurants from the Avenue District. Management makes the building a great place to live and the building is extremely pet friendly.
