Best place to live in downtown Cleveland! Ryan and management here are awesome- they really go out of their way to keep the building safe , clean, and in proper working order. The apartments are spacious and quiet- making it easy to work from home. Very walkable to many downtown events & restaurants. Underground parking is a huge plus.

I’ve been a resident for just over 2 years, and am so happy I found this place. I just love the apartment and the area. We walk to everything: the Theater District, fantastic Baseball and Football stadiums, RocketMortage Arena, Rock n’ Roll HoF, 4th Street Dining and Clubs. Great value. Super secure and terrific support from Ryan and Melissa. Could not recommend this property any Higher.
Great location, quiet, open layout, modern appliances, parking garage, friendly staff and neighbors, parking garage - perfect choice!
