Taylor did a great job! I came in with a cut from a stylist at a different place that had gone quite wrong. She helped me get back to a look I really liked.
Set an appointment for the first available and joined the waitlist. In the email was told that they would call me for when they had an opening so I could show up. Never heard anything, so called them and was told that they couldn’t find my appointment. Asked me where I made it, and then still couldn’t find it. After all that, I was told that they all were booked up that day. What’s the point of having a waitlist for that specific day if you’re just gonna be booked?
