Pierre and Kathleen are amazing! The entire leasing process was not easy BUT they kept in constant communication and Pierre is extremely patient with all the questions I had for him. I’m looking forward to my next adventure.
So grateful that Kathleen was on part of this team. The very rare times I had any issues over the years, she was on it quickly. They are lucky to have her!
I have to say I have never met a better staff especially Kathleen she was a major major help in US getting through the whole process of paperwork everything we needed she was amazing and she needs a raise because she's one amazing worker employee. Thank you I love her.
Our stay here wasn't terrible, there was definitely some theft and questionable characters. Lots of through traffic driving a little recklessly, street racing in the area. But dropping two stars for the security deposit practices. They charge for both water and the water heater, they charged us twice for the utilities against the deposit (was paid for in our rent) and charged two different amounts for cleaning and paint. Great premises and pretty responsive management. Don't expect to get your deposit back
