This place has a severe mold problem…
The staff is really nice, the grounds are clean..... but Parking is terrible, my car has about 12 new scratches and 7 door ding dents because the parking spaces are so small its nearly impossible to get out of your vehicle without hitting the car next to you. The extra fees added to your monthly rent is also annoying. 4.95 service fee from the complex monthly in addition to the 4.95 fee you pay to the processor to pay your rent..... really?
