When we initially moved into Aventine Oakhurst North Apartments in Aurora, we were met with a less than satisfactory experience. Contrary to the assurances we had received, our apartment was far from move-in ready. It was marred by an extensive layer of drywall dust, issues with keys for storage and mailbox, unstable closet shelving, and missing blinds on the door. Well, I've read some of the reviews just to get a clear understanding who all was dealing with the same issues as I was such as electrical, plumbing, heat, AC, water issues, trash build up, dirty indoor/outdoor pool, lack-of communication from the front end, and etc. I found there are a lot of tenants having simular issues as myself. Amongst, those complaints and issues, the most statified complaint is maintenance.
