I wouldn't recommend moving to this property even if it were free. The neighbors make noise all night and day, they steal packages from your doorstep, they have pets, they don't clean, the whole building smells like urine. You pay to live in a place where there's no respect. You file a complaint at the office and all they do is reveal your identity. I'm planning to move out of this area so I can post all the photos and videos I have. A situation like this is incredibly stressful.
Can someone please do something about the lack of proper air conditioning/ heating that is apparently a rampant concern on the property. I know it can't be fixed overnight, but I need reassurance that corporate leadership is aware and actually doing something about it because as a paying resident, I should not have to live in the heat and now that winter is approaching with the cold kicking in no heat. If I could give zero stars, I would. Applied over 2 months ago up to this date no answer on Status after Numerous emails & calls to them .The staff is unprofessional and Unresponsive. Very poor Customer service. Look elsewhere!
The pricing is decent for a 2 bedroom and a den but you literally get what you pay for. Roach infested (especially during the summer time) mice here and there which I kinda understand it’s a apartment complex but maintenance does nothing about it which leaves you to either get your own exterminator or just live with it and get repellents. I been here here for the 2 1/2 years and I can truly say I haven’t had any major issues. My building stay clean, noise free and my neighbors mind their business. The property manager Mrs. Johnson and her staff have been very helpful and timely when addressing issues. This neighborhood has come a long way and look forward to seeing what the future may hold.
