I’ve been moved in since April and it’s now June . When we toured my unit b4 I even decided to say I want it it was stuff that should’ve been done b4 I moved in. I moved in and not one person has come to my unit to fix anything . Just seen a video on TikTok of some residents blasting music from their speakers on the balcony. The comments referred to the community as a suburban SE DC. On the plus side, it’s a Nice looking community, friendly leasing agent. Friendly advice: head to the back of the community to get a true “feel”
Management is an Utter Disappointment. They will Attempt "Illegal --Evictions" +other. SKETCHY Tactics. DO NOT TRUST. With ZERO Court Eviction Paperwork. put in a application for my first apartment on 5/21/26. Took them 10 days just to deny me after getting all extra required documents when they gave up. Disregarded my desired move in date and took their time with my application just to approve or deny me after the desired date. they lied about having a second chance program , they’re literally a nightmare to deal with.
